Martha Fanning

Martha Fanning was born in Iowa 1921 and currently resides in Michigan. Martha is a straight talking young-lady who isn’t shy to tell you just which way the road winds. Perhaps it is this talent that leads her hands to create the warm-&-comfortable hand knitted Afghans with such remarkable design. Martha is a highly organized person who runs a set schedule. She has the manners of a princess and is not without opinion. Frequently Martha has much of her work on back order due to the high demanded for this one of a kind classic heirloom. Though to be honest this piece of artwork is often to enticing to pass up. For example, on a cloudy day you might find yourself tempted beyond restraint to wrap up within the charms of this Afghan. The heavy weighted hand chosen yarn is woven by Martha’s very own handiwork. She and her fuzzy assistant “Miss Kitsy” personally over see every detail.
